The Brookville Optimist Club is an organization dedicated in service to the Youth and the Community of the Brookville area. The members, who volunteer, give of their time to programs that are designed to enhance the lives and well being of others. Many, designed for the Youth, from our motto, “A Friend of Youth” to programs that benefit residents of the community.

We are self supporting with our own money making fund raisers like the locally famous “SUGAR WAFFLES” and the All-Adult Egg Scramble. At times the merchants and other Service Clubs of the community also give to help our endeavors.

There are bi-monthly meetings held that are designed toward the fellowship and education of the members with speakers on different topics and views from the surrounding area. The goal of the organization is to make the community a better place to live and have a good time doing it!
